Rags helps heal a community.<\/p>\n
The Ivy family engages in a house-swap arrangement, and they travel to Colorado with the horses in tow. They arrive to be greeted by an uninvited relative who doesn\u2019t keep promises or follow rules. Despite this inconvenience, they join a group of other riders on a wilderness horseback outing where Rags finds something that reopens a ten-year-old cold murder case. When Rags disappears, the community leaps into action and they find him occupied in a most unusual activity. He further wows citizens when he finds the clues that identify the killer.
