Rags faces a monster of a mystery.Oversized black cats are showing up in the most unexpected places and no one knows where they’re coming from. Savannah and Rags find themselves caught up in this bizarre mystery when an enjoyable horseback ride turns into a nightmare. Savannah and her friends are held captive and Rags is taken, but he escapes and leads the charge to the potential culprits, who are obviously hiding something, but what? At the same time there are reports of a monster with fur and four legs roaming the hills and neighborhoods. It isn’t until this stranger-than-fiction character shows up on the Iveys’ property that they begin to get answers to solving this CATastrophic mystery.
