So why a \u201cdress your pet day\u201d? You might also ask, why \u201can if you pet had thumbs day\u201d. The creator of this day says it\u2019s just for fun and she encourages people to dress their pets in safe and fun pet costumes. How do you feel about this\u2014yay or nay?
