He and his siblings are nine this year.<\/p>\n<p>Fireworks probably wouldn\u2019t be appropriate when celebrating Smokey\u2019s birthday\u2014cats don\u2019t like that type of hullabaloo, but he\u2019ll probably enjoy an extra treat or a new toy.
